We offer both standard TV installations and more customised wall-mounting solutions. If your installation requires additional work beyond our standard services, please call us on 01259 724230 and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quotation.

TV Standard Installation

We’ll unpack and assemble your new TV, fit the supplied stand or feet and position it on your existing TV unit. We’ll connect it to your existing equipment, aerial and power supply, tune the TV, complete the initial setup and check that everything is working correctly.

A suitable TV unit, electrical socket and working aerial connection must already be installed, accessible and within reach of the equipment’s standard cables.

Our standard installation does not include wall mounting, installing or extending electrical or aerial connections, concealing or running cables through walls or furniture, alterations to cabinets or furniture, or relocating existing equipment.

Additional setup, such as connecting and configuring streaming services, apps, customer accounts or additional equipment, may incur an extra charge.

TV Wall Installation

We’ll unpack and assemble your new TV and securely mount it in your chosen position using a suitable TV wall bracket. We’ll connect it to your existing equipment, aerial and power supply, complete the initial setup and check that everything is working correctly.

Suitable and accessible electrical and aerial connections must be available within reach of the installation position. Wall mounting is subject to our installer confirming that the wall, proposed mounting position and fixings are suitable and safe for the TV and bracket.

Our standard wall installation does not include installing or relocating electrical or aerial connections, concealing cables inside walls, alterations to walls or furniture, plastering or making good, or specialist work required due to unusual or unsuitable wall construction.

Additional charges may apply for cable concealment, removal or repositioning of an existing wall bracket, specialist fixings, additional equipment setup, connecting and configuring streaming services or apps, or any other work outside our standard installation service.
