A fair price comparison isn't always just about the price on the product.
We'll compare the total like-for-like price, including delivery, installation and any other charges that apply to your purchase.
So, if another retailer charges £499 for an appliance plus £30 delivery and £40 installation, we'll compare their £569 total with the equivalent product and service from us.
What qualifies for a price match?

Where delivery or installation is involved, we'll compare the overall cost of an equivalent service.
A few exclusions
Our Price Match Promise doesn't normally cover marketplace or third-party sellers, auction sites, private sellers, used or refurbished products, clearance or closing-down sales, obvious pricing errors, trade prices or offers that aren't generally available to the public.
Special promotions, voucher codes and membership prices may be considered individually.
