Surround yourself with absolute realism with Sony’s HTA3000 soundbar. With 3.1 channels and four built in speakers, movies and music are brought to life right in your living room.
Surround Sound
Immerse yourself in box office favourites with S-Force PRO Front Surround technology. This virtual surround sound function reproduces the sound field, with audio coming at you from both sides. Using front speakers only, the HTA3000 lets you enjoy rich, cinematic surround sound from all around you.
Thanks to Sony’s virtual surround technology, the soundbar can position sound in vertical space – so you can experience 3D audio without the need for in-ceiling or up-firing speakers. As well as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, Vertical Surround Engine lends a more realistic, multi-dimensional sound to other formats too. Plus, the HT-A3000 has 3.1 channels: three front speakers, including a centre speaker for clear dialogue, plus a built-in X-Balanced dual subwoofer for deep bass.
And, this model supports 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology which adapts to your environment. Using Sony’s rear speakers (sold separately), this revolutionary technology recreates the effect of multiple speakers around your space, so you get a new sensation of sound. There’s no need to precisely place the additional speakers, as the built in microphone measures the position of each speaker, optimising the sound for your room. Hear every breath, step, and whisper with complete clarity, it will feel like you’re right there.
