Sonos Beam Ultra | Dolby Atmos Soundbar, black
“Found it cheaper? Give us a phone and ask about our Price Match Promise.”
Sonos Beam Ultra is a compact 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbar designed for mid-sized living rooms and TVs up to around 65 inches. Nine drivers – four more than Beam – create a wider soundstage, clearer dialogue and more powerful bass, while dedicated upward-firing speakers deliver genuine Dolby Atmos height effects.
True 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos
Beam Ultra surrounds you with sound from every direction. Five tweeters reproduce high and mid frequencies, including two upward-firing tweeters for spatial audio and two side-firing horn-loaded tweeters for greater stereo separation. Four low-profile woofers add weight and depth to films, programmes, games and music.
Clearer dialogue with AI Speech Enhancement
AI Speech Enhancement detects human voices and improves dialogue clarity when action gets loud or the room gets noisy. Choose from four Speech Enhancement levels in the Sonos app, while Night Sound reduces intense effects and brings quieter details forward for late-night viewing.
Trueplay tuned to your room
Trueplay measures the acoustics of your room and fine-tunes Beam Ultra accordingly. It works with compatible iOS and Android devices, helping the soundbar deliver balanced performance whether your room is open-plan or cosy.
Easy TV connection with HDMI eARC
Connect Beam Ultra to your TV's HDMI eARC or ARC port using the included HDMI cable and follow the Sonos app for guided setup. Your existing TV remote works automatically. HDMI eARC also enables compatible high-resolution formats including Dolby TrueHD and Dolby Atmos via TrueHD.
WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 and AirPlay 2
Stream music over WiFi 6, pair a device using Bluetooth 5.3 or play directly from compatible Apple devices with AirPlay 2. Beam Ultra also supports Sonos Voice Control and capacitive touch controls.
Build a complete Sonos home cinema
Beam Ultra works as a standalone Dolby Atmos soundbar, or you can expand it with a compatible Sonos Sub or Sub Mini and matching Sonos speakers as surrounds. TV Audio Swap also lets you move TV sound to compatible Sonos headphones for private listening.
Compact design, substantial sound
At just 750 mm wide, 63 mm high and 105 mm deep, Beam Ultra is designed to sit discreetly beneath your television. The black matte finish complements its understated design, and it can also be wall-mounted using the dedicated Sonos Beam Ultra Wall Mount, sold separately.
